With Sharky and unplugged, so if nything it should be down a bit on torque midrange.

Torque peak occurs much earlier in RPM range than specs indicate. Can't complain about that.

So...what was your break in proceedure....gentle on it till???miles or agressive street driving and then off to the track asap?

I picked it up in Tampa and drove it to palm beach trying vary gears and engine speeds as much as possible while staying under 4K RPM. I think I accidentally revved it to about 6K a couple of time is the first 50 miles.

Only very gentle under 2500 with lots of shifting not to bog engine untill engine is hot. I always do that still.

After the first 500 miles I went to Homestead and did 5 laps easy on street tires, the weekend after I went to Sebring short shifting at 7 7.5K RPM. Ran easy 2:23's (On Hoosiers), thinking a 2:19 was in the cards ;-)

Dropped off at Orbit and changed all oils, bled brakes put SRF in, etc. etc.
