Is there a penalty for ordering something like this and then moving to a 4.0...just wondering if you walk away from a deposit or something?

Does anyone know if they have fixed the coolant line epoxy issues on this 4.0 motor? I'm just wondering if there is a new water pump manifold with built in fittings or if they have done away with...
