Sure would be nice is they would pave the paddock before they spend money on curbs that are not needed.

I believe they are referring to the curbs from T5 thru T6a, and T16 and 17. they are too inviting to be used hard. If they use FIA curbing, its going to upset the suspension more and they hope we'll be avoiding getting on or over them.
