Default Windshield Cracked

Last weekend as I was headed to Summit Point something hit the windshield, but there was nothing visible to me while I was driving. Once I parked in the paddock, I realized that the stone hit the very lower right-hand corner of it and the crack just spread 7-8 inches inwards . No issues on the track and I completed the weekend.

Upon returning home, I called insurance, Safelight schedule a time for yesterday to replace it. However, they called on Tuesday telling me they do not know how to handle Porsche windshields and I better take the car to the dealer. I called HBL in Tysons Corner, luckily they had one in stock, so I dropped off the car today. As always, they treat their customers like kings and queens. Any way, total cost $1100, which is not bad. The crack had spread enough to cut the FM antenna, so the radio wasn't working too well while going to the dealership; I thought the antenna was on the rear window.

At the same time, the passenger seat was rattling, and they found out that it was the rails for some reason. Parts came in, replacement cost: $4,000 just for the rails, no seats; thank God, that is under warranty
